To accommodate for additional customization of your {{ fon.product( site.hostname ) }}, we have provided the ability to change these default recordings.
You can change any default recording through the {{ fon.product( site.hostname ) }} Admin Panel by using the AutoAnswer --> voice prompts menu to create a recording of your own with the same name as the default recording. Remember to use the exact same (case sensitive) name as the default recording. This will cause your newly recorded file to override the default recording. Be sure to include any dashes that are included in the name.
If at any time you want to revert back to the default recording, you may simply delete your version, and the system will revert back to using the default recording again.
