Wiki Instructions

A wiki is a collabrative online encyclopedia that provides users with a fast, searchable list of articles that can be easily updated and maintained.

To the left you'll see the "Navigation Bar," which contains:

• Main Page - The wiki home page
• Index - A list of all the available articles
• Hot Articles - A list of popular articles
• Contact Support - A link to our support team

The next navigation bar lists the articles by their category. So far we have:

• Installation
• Configuration Guides
• Reference Docs
• Troubleshooting
• Voicemail
• Call Center Edition
• Heads-up_Display_(HUD)
• Phone Manuals

If you know what category your article falls under you can click on the link for an indexed list.

If you're not sure what the title of the article is, or would like to search by keyword, simply type your query into the search bar on the left side. If your keyword matches an exact article it will be displayed at the top, otherwise if the keyword is present in artcile you'll see a list.
