How To Submit Fonality Support Tickets

In an effort to improve our trixbox Support capabilities and mitigate SPAM, trixbox Support has created a Customer Support Portal.
The trixbox Supportal can be accessed in two ways:
1)Click the new orange question mark (?) in the lower right-hand corner of your trixbox Pro Admin interface. This will
log you in automatically.
2)You can use the following link: http://support.trixbox.com You will be required to enter your trixbox Pro Web Admin interface username and password. For those of you with multiple servers, once you have logged in (using any of your trixbox Pro usernames and passwords), there will be a drop down listing *all* your servers. Simply pick the server for which you wish to report an issue.![]()
With both methods you will then be asked to select a category and a symptom. This way we can better prioritize and route your issue for faster response. Once the ticket is created using the new Supportal, email correspondence via support@trixbox.com, will be possible.
Please only submit one question per ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: With this new interface, emails to support@trixbox.com and installation@trixbox.com will be rejected unless it was first created by using the Supportal
