One-way audio is most often the result of improper network configuration. At no time ever has Fonality experienced a one-way audio situation that was a direct result of the trixbox Pro when all hardware functions correctly.
If a hardware problem exists with the trixbox Pro , please contact Fonality Support.
For all other one-way audio issues, please ensure that your firewall is allowing the following ports:
All of the ports listed should be open to and from the
trixbox Pro
without any NAT or PAT if possible. Any firewall option such as SIP Fixup should be disabled.
