How to: Submit Fonality Support Tickets

  1. In your Admin Panel - click the orange ? mark located in the lower right-hand corner
  2. From the Supportal interface, try searching for your issue as we have extensive documentation which will likely expedite a resolution for you.
  3. If you cannot find the answer to your problem, click the submit a ticket link
  4. Fill out the information within the ticket submission interface.
    1. We are particularly interested in detailed information about your issue such as the time of day, phone number or extension involved, as well as any other details (i.e. "it only happens when it rains").  The more specific your ticket, the quicker we will be able to help you fix it.
  5. Press the submit button and you're done!

You can also call our support hotline, at 866-366-2548. You will need your Server ID number.  Your Server ID is printed on the sticker on the front of your server, or in the login credentials that were e-mailed to you.  The Server ID is also in the subject line of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.

Regular support hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time.

We also have 24/7 system down emergency support.  Please note: Emergency support is only for situations where you can't make or receive any telephone calls with any phones, it's affecting your business, and your server was working previously.  To reach emergency support, press option 1.  That will reach support engineers with cellphones.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
