FindMe isn't working

No headers

Please make sure you have setup FindMe first.
Have you configured your dial plans properly to handle a call to your cell phone? If you are dialing 1 + your number but you do not have a corresponding dial plan configured for 1 + 10 digits, FindMe will fail to call your cell. Please read How do I add a new dial plan?
If FindMe simply never attempts to follow the rules you have created, please contact Fonality Support.
