Polycom IP 4000 Factory Flash

Method 1

IP 4000: hold down 6, 8 and * dial pad keys (only those), until prompted for a password. 

You will most likely need to contact us for the Polycom password, unless it is the factory default of "456".

Method 2

1. Press the 'Menu' hard key.
2. Arrow to 'Settings' and press the Enter soft key.
3. Arrow to 'Advanced' and press the Enter soft key.
4. Enter in your admin password to the phone (Please contact us for the polycom password).
5. Hit the Enter soft key.
6. Arrow to 'Admin Settings' and press the Enter soft key.
7. Arrow to 'Reset to Default and press the Enter soft key.
8. Arrow to 'Reset Device Settings' and press the Enter soft key.
