To set Line 2 button to be the message button so you can access voice mail, you can:
Option 1:
1. Press "Menu"
2. Go to "Features"
3. Go to "Name Directory" (make sure you scroll down so you can see the option)
4. Select "<New Entry>"
5. Scroll down to "Contact"
6. Press the "OK" button (the check mark at the center of the arrow button)
7. Type "8555"
8. Press "OK"
9. Hit the left arrow key
10. Hit "Yes" when asked to Save Directory
Option 2:
1. Get the phones ip address by pressing "Menu>2>2>1"
2. Open a browser on a computer on the same network
3. Type the ip address of the phone on the address bar and hit "enter"
4. Username: Polycom ; Password: 456 or 9418941962
5. Go to "General Tab"
6. Enable "One Touch Voice Mail" (please see picture)

PART 2: Remove the LINE 2 button and replace it with MESSAGES button (Instruction coming from the phone package)

To test if this working, press the LINE 2 button (if you have not replaced it). It should be asking for your voice mail password.
