How do I change the duration of ringing on my phone?

If you would like to increase or decrease the number of seconds that your phone rings before the call is transfered to voicemail, please follow the steps below:

1. Within your Admin Panel, click on Extensions
2. Click on the extension you wish to change from the list
3. The option Ring Seconds is available on the left-hand side near the bottom of the column.  Choose the duration in seconds that you would like the phone to ring
4. Click Apply All Changes

5 seconds is approximately equal to 1 ring.  If you would like the phone to ring 5 times before going to voicemail, you should set the ring-seconds to 25 (example only - choose whatever duration works best for you).
